Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Nairobi followed by a scenic drive toward the Masai Mara through the Great Rift Valley.
Along the way you may stop at a viewpoint overlooking the valley before continuing through Maasai villages and rolling savannah landscapes.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and some relaxation before heading out on your first afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara.
The reserve is famous for its large populations of lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
